The Renovation application is for any and all work performed on/ in a condo by the owner, owner contractors. If in doubt, contact the Resident Manager. Work includes anything from AC replacement, flooring, bath remodel, water heater replacement to full remodels. Please submit the form and signed contractor guidelines for any work you are planning. Submit a minimum 2 weeks before work is scheduled unless emergency services are required. Then submit as soon as possible.
